KINOE Mini

Terms of use

KINOE Mini in ChatGPT · effective 29 October 2026

These terms cover your use of KINOE Mini, the Kinoe effects editor app for ChatGPT, provided by Paul Ronald Munn, trading as Kinoe (“Kinoe”, “we”). By using KINOE Mini you agree to them. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI’s terms.

The service

KINOE Mini is free. It opens an editor in ChatGPT that applies visual effects to images, animated GIFs and short videos you choose, and renders PNG and GIF files. Editing happens on your device. We may change, suspend or stop the service, and features may differ between browsers and devices.

Your content

You keep all rights in the media you edit and the files you make. Kinoe receives no copy of them and claims no rights in them. You are responsible for having the rights to the media you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use KINOE Mini to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the service or its hosting, and follow OpenAI’s usage policies when using it in ChatGPT.

Kinoe’s rights

The KINOE name, logo, editor and effects are owned by or licensed to Kinoe. These terms let you use KINOE Mini; they do not transfer those rights.

No warranty and limits of liability

KINOE Mini is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or files. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
