This policy covers KINOE Mini, the Kinoe effects editor app for ChatGPT, and its service at mini.getkinoe.com. It is provided by Paul Ronald Munn, trading as Kinoe (“Kinoe”, “we”). KINOE Mini is built so that your artwork never reaches us.
What KINOE Mini receives and why

KINOE Mini uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking, and does not ask for an account, payment details or personal information. It does not sell or share personal information.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the service and these pages. OpenAI operates ChatGPT, which runs the editor, stores files you download through it, and handles your conversation under OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can use KINOE Mini without choosing any file (it opens with a built-in example), clear the saved look by clearing site data or choosing Dismiss when it is offered, and remove KINOE Mini from ChatGPT in ChatGPT’s settings. Files you downloaded through ChatGPT can be managed in ChatGPT.
Children
KINOE Mini is suitable for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete data, email hello@getkinoe.com. We aim to send an initial response within 48 hours. Because Kinoe keeps no personal data from KINOE Mini, most requests concern data held by OpenAI or Vercel, and we will tell you how to reach them.
Changes
If KINOE Mini starts handling data differently, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
